You can also click Self-Service > "HoYoverse Account Issues Application Form."
Once you've submitted the form, you'll receive a confirmation email with the Appeal Number. Please save this email as proof and wait for your appeal to be reviewed. The results will be sent to the email address that you verified while filling in the form. Please make sure you read it in time and change your password, delete unknown devices, etc. according to the instructions in the email to protect your account.
If you encounter a problem and are unable to submit the form, please contact Customer Service and provide the required information. If you have previously submitted a "HoYoverse Account Issues Application Form," please tell Customer Service the Appeal Number of your previous application to help them find it.
