After completing the deletion process, your HoYoverse Account (this includes any personal information and any other data generated through using HoYoverse products, and hereafter referred to as the "account") will be deleted permanently, and will not be recoverable. Please choose and proceed carefully.
Please note that it is not possible to delete data from a single game or application. If you delete an account that is associated to a game, data generated in all other games and apps to which the account is associated will also be deleted.
If you're sure that you want to delete your account, you can follow the steps below to do so:
1. Log in to your account via the [official HoYoverse Account website].
2. Click "Personal Information" on the left.
3. Click "Request to Delete Account" in the bottom-right corner.
4. Verify your mobile number/email address/third-party account and confirm that you want to delete your account.
5. Select "Next" in the box that appears.
Once you've submitted an account deletion request, your account will be deleted permanently after 30 days (hereafter referred to as the "deletion confirmation period"). Before this period ends, you may log into and reactivate your account, which will rescind your deletion request simultaneously. Please take note that if you do not reactivate your account during this time, it will be deleted automatically and rendered irrecoverable at the end of the deletion confirmation period.
